PRODUCT ORDER CANCELATION / RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted after consultation with the service department of olivemarketplace.eu and only if the products are unused and their original packaging has not been damaged. In the event that the product is used or the original packaging is damaged, no return is accepted.
Returns are accepted for (14) fourteen days from the delivery of the products as long as they meet the above specifications, without any charge as long as the company is responsible (in the event of a mistake by our company, we will fully refund the value of the order and shipping costs). The customer is responsible for the return costs.
Refunds are made within 14 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company. In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.
In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, olivemarketplace.eu has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.
In the event of a change at the customer’s request, the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product must not have been opened and be in excellent condition, you we refund the full value of the order and shipping costs). The customer is responsible for the return costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Pack and send the package with the products with the partner courier company ( DHL courrier). Inside the shipping package, you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has occurred with the returned product, as well as the proof of purchase. As long as the return conditions apply, we proceed with a relative replacement or credit of the corresponding amount to your bank account, Paypal or credit card if the original payment was made in this way. In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In the physical store: call the service department to discuss and order the product to be replaced. Then, you bring the product to the store together with the proof of purchase and after a check is made to verify that the return conditions apply, the value of the product(s) is refunded to the same payment method with which you completed the order. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-17:00 (excluding weekends).

Changes to products that are part of an offer package are not accepted. The entire package should be replaced.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the order is allowed, provided that the products have not been shipped from the store.
